Job Description

LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 6+ Years
  • Desired certifications: MCITP, MVP, MCTS, SQL, MS, ITIL, IAT, II, MCSA, MCDBA.
  • Skills: High availability options for SQL Server, index management, replication, recovery models, backups, clustering, data warehousing.
  • Experience in data Modeling, logical and physical database design.
  • Database architecture, Performance Tuning and Query Optimizations.
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
  • Ability to provide production support for highly transactional databases servicing OLTP.
  • Proficiency in identifying poor queries and suggest improvements to ensure performance.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies, user management and data security
  • Define, understand, and analyse non-functional requirements for project
  • Lead the technical team
  • Should be able to compare technologies to find best fit for project requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Would be responsible for successful design, execution & implementation of a large/medium size project.
  • Provide suggestions for process customization and refinements based on problem areas.
  • Provide inputs in solution design and conduct demonstrations/POC to help client envision future state.
  • Provide guidance on environments setup, tool configurations etc. matching Enterprise standards so product can be scalable for future needs.
  • Actively aid the development team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
  • Be able to Architect the solution based on project

Qualifications

Bachelorā€™s or masterā€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
