Job Description

LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience : 6+ Years
  • Sound experience with Vantage Mainframe, JCL, ISPF/TSO, VSAM, and IBM utilities/SORT.
  • Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of database systems and SQL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Application development experience in design, coding, testing, and debugging using mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and more.
  • Conduct code reviews and test software to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Execute various forms of testing, including unit, system, regression, integration, performance, and volume testing.
  • Manage all aspects of implementation planning and coordination.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for project phases.
  • Perform database and disaster recovery planning for multiple systems.
  • Assist with vendor negotiations.
  • Facilitate complex group meetings for technical design, decision-making, problem-solving, implementation, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelorā€™s or masterā€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
