Role brief

We’re looking for a Visual Designer to report to an Associate Creative Director and design stand-out brand and marketing creative for Allē. If you’re interested in working within a startup-oriented environment, while having the backing of a very large company, please read on.

You will 

  • Work under the direction of an Associate Creative Director to deliver creative within a specific marketing channel.

  • Follow brand guidelines; accessibility standards; and medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. 

  • Provide insights into design trends, conduct reviews of competitor marketing and brand design, and share your learnings with the broader Allē Design team. 

  • Knowledgeable in mobile-first responsive web design, email design, and designing for various social platforms.

Required Experience & Skills 

  • 1-2 years of experience in creative roles at an agency, studio, or in-house team. Experience working within a tech startup and/or early-stage design team is a plus.

  • Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools.

  • Empathy for how our consumers and aesthetic providers behave and feel about Allē and actively participate in user research. 

  • Gracefully accept feedback and critiques and seek out any new information that will help prepare you for your next challenge. 

  • A portfolio featuring examples of outstanding design work.
